Vehicle Inspection Station

The company operates a District Vehicle Inspection Station under the patronage of the Polish Chamber of Vehicle Inspection Stations (PISKP). Our station is equipped with modern technical and measuring devices that meet European standards, allowing us to perform comprehensive vehicle inspections.

Our District Vehicle Inspection Station operates based on Permit No. NOL-01, issued by the County Office in Olsztyn.

According to its authorizations, station NOL-01 is a vehicle inspection station with a basic scope of technical inspections for vehicles of types A, B, CC, D, T, E – extended to include vehicle inspections in categories c, d, e, f.

The Station performs technical inspections for:
A – motorcycles and mopeds,
B – motor vehicles with a vehicle weight of up to 3.5 t (i.e. cars and vans),
C – motor vehicles (trucks) with a maximum weight of more than 3.5 t up to 16 t
CC – motor vehicles with permissible total mass above 3.5t
D – buses with a maximum permissible weight of more than 3.5 t
T – agricultural tractors
E – trailers for motor vehicles that the station is authorized to inspect
and that are listed in the permit.
c – vehicles adapted for gas fuel.
d – vehicles registered abroad for the first time (first technical inspection in the country),
e – vehicles directed for inspection by road traffic control (police) after accidents, road collisions, or having technical defects,
– vehicles with changes made to the data contained in the registration certificate,
f – “SAM” brand vehicles and historic vehicles.

Qualified Inspectors

Technical inspections at our Vehicle Inspection Station are performed only by diagnosticians who hold personal diagnostic licenses issued by the County Office in Olsztyn.

Scope of Technical Inspections

Each technical inspection verifies whether the vehicle meets technical requirements and has the necessary equipment in compliance with regulations (Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. Dz.U. 32 of 2003, item 262).

Individual operations that a diagnostician performs during a technical inspection comply with Appendix 1 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 18, 2009 – regarding the scope and method of conducting technical inspections (Journal of Laws 155 of 2009, item 2250).

Inspection Fees

Statutory fees for technical vehicle inspections are collected according to the fee table announced in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of January 25, 2002 (Journal of Laws 10 of 2002, item 98).
Since 2004, an additional registration fee of 2 PLN has been applied for registration certificate entries with the next technical inspection date (Journal of Laws 227 of 2003, item 2254).

Car workshop

A car repair workshop is available near the inspection station for minor repairs, ensuring that vehicles leaving the station are fully technically operational.

Station Patronage

Vehicle Inspection Station NOL-01 operates under the patronage of the Polish Chamber of Vehicle Inspection Stations (PISKP). All the above-mentioned applicable laws and regulations can be found on the website www.piskp.pl.

Diagnostic equipment and software

All instruments and devices at the Station have attestations and certificates from the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw, as well as necessary authentication certificates issued by the Central Office of Measures. They undergo periodic reviews performed by authorized service providers of equipment manufacturers, and diagnosticians performing technical inspections hold current authorizations.
