Rotary Mower Z 032, Z032/1, Z032/2, Z032/3

The rotary mower is designed for the maintenance of pastures, meadows and recreational areas. It is used for leveling field surfaces, spreading molehills, cutting and shredding grass and weeds. It is also used for mowing and shredding plants sown as green manure before plowing.

The suspension system of the rotary mower enables aggregating the machine with a tractor. The rotors rotate in bearing hubs, transferring drive from the gearbox via rope belts to the rotating cutting blades. The method of mounting the cutting blades fulfills the task of protecting the working elements from overload, and consequently from damage. The Z032/1 Mower has an offset three-point hitch system relative to the mower body. Other parameters are the same as in the Z032 model.

The device consists of:

load-bearing frame
three-point suspension system (supports with jackshaft and charges) for connection to the tractor
rotor driven by a gearbox via V-belts
supporting skids with height adjustment
complete set of protective covers

Safety

During operation, when the resistance force of the obstacle exceeds the centrifugal force, the blades are deflected backward and bypass the obstacle. Also, the belt transmission partially acts as a safety clutch. By changing the position of the support skids, it is possible to adjust the height of mowing within 2-10 cm.
